CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

No refunds or exchanges will be made after the 30-day deadline.

We will accept a ONE-TIME change in count which must be in writing or e-mail. Additional changes, or late cancellations, will require a $5.00 fee per change.

The teacher making the reservation is the contact person and is responsible for assuring that payment is made by the deadline. He/She is also responsible for accurately reporting the final count of admissions needed by that date. We cannot accept the lowering of numbers after the 30-day deadline.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee seating for additional students if the show is sold out, although we will make every effort to accommodate additional attendees when space permits. It is also important to remember to reserve seating for all teachers and chaperones as well as students.

Every attendee must reserve a seat. For sold-out performances, this is especially important.

SEATING is assigned by the establishment. Assignments are based on:

1. When the reservation was made.

2. Age of groups attending and accessibility needs.

Everyone, regardless of age, must have a seat.

Groups are escorted to their seats by the Ushers.

Please advise Proctor's of special needs when the order is placed so we can make arrangements prior to your arrival.

Certain performances are interpreted for the convenience of guests who are hearing impaired.

BUS & PARKING procedures will arrive with your invoice.
